Your Wellness pharmacists know how important your prescriptions are to your physical and mental well-being.

We are committed to not only preparing your medications in an accurate and timely manner, but also to ensuring your medication is appropriate and safe for you.

Licensed and regulated by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, our pharmacists undergo regular education and training to remain current in our field. We use that knowledge to inform you on why, how, and when to take your medications, possible side effects, and what to do if you have an adverse reaction. This is not a responsibility we take lightly.

Great pharmacists have great support teams – and our pharmacy assistants and regulated pharmacy technicians are integral to our ability to provide excellent, comprehensive prescription services to our patients.

If you have trouble taking your medication, we can prescribe a solution

We recognize that sometimes patients may face certain prescription challenges that hinder your ability to take your medications as prescribed by your doctor. You may find it difficult to travel to the pharmacy for a prescription refill, to remember to take your medication at the appropriate time, or to administer your injection, patch or inhaler.

To remove any barriers that can prevent our patients from getting their medication, we offer these services:

• SMART Blister – No more missed medications with the prepackaged pill blister pack An alert sounds when a dose is late or taken at the wrong time. Caregivers and family members are kept informed via a mobile app or text.
• SMART Dispenser – Medication made easy. A safe and smart pill dispenser delivers medication by dose, date and time. When it’s time to take your next dose of medication, the Smart Dispenser will let you know by lighting up and chiming.
• Customized Compounding – If you can’t take your medication due to allergies or intolerance to ingredients or difficulty swallowing pills, we will work with your doctor to custom-create your medication in a format that works for you.
• Home Monitoring – Did you know that you can receive home healthcare monitoring from a pharmacist and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at no cost through your local Wellness Pharmacy?
• Prescription renewal without a visit to your doctor – Our pharmacists may be able to renew your prescription without you needing to see your doctor.
• Prescription changes without a visit to your doctor – Our pharmacists may be able to change your prescription without you needing to see your doctor. We will always inform your doctor if we make changes.
• Phone and online medication services – You can request prescription refills and receive refill reminders by phone or email.
• Prescription delivery to your home or office – We’ll deliver your medication to you anywhere in the Lower Mainland.
• Travel and Immunization – You can receive your annual flu shot and stay up to date on your regular and travel vaccines.
